Broker Auditor provides a platform for carriers to research, review, and report on freight brokers. Our services include broker search functionality, user-submitted reviews, incident reporting, and broker grade calculations.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

Users may submit reviews, incident reports, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Broker Auditor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You represent that your submissions are truthful, accurate, and do not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate broker ratings or reviews
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Broker Auditor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including user-submitted reviews and incident reports. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Broker Auditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination
